One of hundreds of Tardi’s panels, shown as ink originals and painted originals, allowing for a close study of his brilliant technique in both media.

A really powerful exhibition is the one on Tardi and the Great War. Inside, the exhibition hall is partitioned by rough wooden planks to form a labyrinthine passage reminiscent of the trenches that are shown of Tardi’s art, augmented by the sound of shelling going on continuously. I left the exhibition disgusted, inspired and moved. Great stuff!

A beautiful, innovative exhibition on the theme of dreams in comics. All furniture and walls distorted as in a bad dream, and large amounts of originals by some of the worlds greatest comics artists.
